Affiliate Partner Returns, Cancellations, or Updates
This warranty and returns policy reflects TechniArt’s policies and procedures for orders we will fulfill. If your order was made through our affiliate partner, Best Buy, our customer care team will help facilitate returns, exchanges, cancellations, order updates, and enact product warranties on their behalf. Please contact our customer care team and reference your order number for assistance.
Order Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Some orders will be prepared for shipment as soon as 30 minutes after placement.
If your order has already been prepared for shipment, we cannot cancel and you may attempt to refuse the package. If you cannot refuse the package, you must process a return. Once we receive the merchandise, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
General Item Returns
Customers can return all purchases within 30 days from the date of your order. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
You are responsible for returning items in their original condition. Package items carefully for shipment and contact our customer service team for additional information.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
We cannot refund products installed or not in original resale condition, such as smart thermostats or electric vehicle chargers. For return, smart thermostats and electric vehicle chargers must be sealed in their original packaging. If you open your smart thermostat or electric vehicle charger, we will not accept it as a return. We strongly advise you to check compatibility with your system before opening the package.
If you receive the wrong item, contact our customer service department, who will facilitate an exchange.
Damaged Item Returns
We reship items damaged in transit at no cost to you. To process a return, you must notify TechniArt within two business days if your item is damaged during transit. Please include photos of the damage and retain all original packaging, as the carrier may request an inspection. Our team will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
TechniArt must receive some specific items, such as smart thermostats, before processing reshipment. Under these circumstances, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
Defective Items (All Other Products)
If an item is defective, you may request a refund or an exchange within 30 days from the order date. At our discretion, we may provide a prepaid label to return the defective item. If we provide a prepaid label, we will ship a replacement or process the refund within 5-7 business days of receipt of the item. Items that are defective 30 days or more after purchase will be covered by any applicable manufacturer warranty.
Warranty
Each product we offer comes with a 30 day warranty from the date of your order. You must retain your receipt for service. Contact our customer service department to start your claim. If an item is defective after our 30 day warranty, we will refer you to the manufacturer for further assistance.
