The APS Marketplace enables eligible customers to purchase discounted products, enroll in select programs, and receive instant incentives provided by APS.

Customer Eligibility

Only customers with a valid APS residential or business account number can participate through this Marketplace. Any customer mischaracterizations to receive incentives or fraudulent behavior can be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

APS Marketplace Administration

TechniArt powers the APS Marketplace. TechniArt is a third party authorized by APS to administer its marketplace on their behalf. All transactions will appear on your credit card statement in reference to TechniArt.

TechniArt’s customer care, fulfillment, and order processing teams may interface with you to help process your order, answer questions, and provide needed support. Customers are expected to treat all team members respectfully and courteously, refraining from using abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language and behavior. Customers are encouraged to communicate any concerns, feedback, or complaints constructively and professionally. Disagreements or dissatisfaction should be expressed calmly and respectfully.
