Shipping
Please allow 15 business days for delivery from the time of purchase. All orders will be delivered primarily by the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) but may come from another carrier based on your shipping address. Order status information and updates will be emailed and include the details on who is fulfilling your order, either TechniArt or Best Buy. Please note that some orders may arrive in multiple shipments based on your transaction type. If products are on backorder, we will provide you with an estimated ship date, usually by email.
Upon order confirmation, please verify your shipping address, including the recipient's first and last name, apartment or suite number (if applicable), and correct zip code. TechniArt is not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect shipping address.
You can modify, cancel, or receive updates on your order by emailing customerservice@techniart.com.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
TechniArt Incorporated will no longer reship lost or stolen shipments.
If you do not receive your package, contact the carrier. If they cannot locate your shipment or assist you, our customer service team can help direct you on how to process a claim to receive the lost value of your order. We recommend filing a police report for the lost shipment.
